Code of Conduct

This Code sets the standards of integrity, respect and responsible conduct expected of everyone acting for Fast Safe Cargo (FSC).

Last updated · 1 October 2026

This Code sets the standards of integrity, respect and responsible conduct expected of everyone acting for Fast Safe Cargo (FSC).

01Purpose and scope

This Code applies to FSC employees, officers, temporary personnel and anyone acting on our behalf. It is a minimum standard across all locations and operations. Local law or contractual requirements may impose higher standards; where requirements conflict, seek guidance before acting.

Managers are responsible for making the Code accessible and addressing questions. Each individual must understand the standards relevant to their role and complete assigned training.

02Lawful and ethical conduct

FSC conducts business honestly and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, permits and contractual commitments in every jurisdiction where it operates. No commercial objective justifies unlawful or unethical conduct.

Personnel must escalate uncertainty about legal obligations, customs requirements or trade restrictions. Records and declarations must be accurate, complete and submitted through authorised channels.

03Respectful workplace

We treat colleagues, customers, suppliers and communities with dignity. Discrimination, harassment, bullying, intimidation and retaliation are not acceptable. Employment decisions must be based on legitimate, consistently applied criteria.

Everyone shares responsibility for a safe and inclusive workplace. Raise concerns promptly through a manager, Human Resources or the Speak Up channels.

04Conflicts of interest

A conflict may arise where personal, family, financial or outside interests could affect—or appear to affect—objective judgement for FSC. Disclose actual, potential or perceived conflicts promptly to a manager.

Do not use your position, information or company property for improper personal benefit. A disclosed conflict must be assessed and managed before the affected decision or transaction proceeds.

05Gifts, hospitality and bribery

Gifts and hospitality must be lawful, modest, infrequent, transparent and connected to a legitimate business purpose. Never offer or accept anything intended to influence a decision or create an obligation.

Bribes, facilitation payments, kickbacks and improper advantages are prohibited, whether offered directly or through an intermediary. Follow the Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy and obtain required approvals.

06Fair competition and trade

FSC competes fairly and does not coordinate prices, bids, capacity or customers with competitors unlawfully. Commercially sensitive information must be handled carefully and shared only for a legitimate, authorised purpose.

Observe sanctions, export controls, customs and competition requirements. Do not proceed with a transaction where a restriction or red flag remains unresolved; contact Compliance.

07Information and company assets

Protect confidential business information, personal data, credentials, systems, cargo and physical assets from loss, misuse and unauthorised disclosure. Use systems and data only for authorised business purposes.

Follow information-security and privacy procedures, retain records under approved schedules and report suspected incidents immediately. Never falsify, conceal or improperly destroy a record.

08Safety, environment and communities

Work safely, follow operational procedures and stop or report work presenting an immediate risk. FSC expects responsible handling of cargo, equipment and materials and respect for human rights and environmental requirements.

Personnel must report incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions. No person may bypass safety or security controls to meet a schedule or commercial target.

09Reporting and consequences

Raise suspected breaches in good faith through a manager, Compliance, Human Resources or the whistleblowing channels. FSC prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern honestly or participates in an investigation.

Reported concerns are assessed and, where appropriate, investigated fairly and confidentially to the extent practicable. Breaches may result in disciplinary action, termination of engagement, recovery of losses or referral to authorities.
