This Policy explains how FSC handles personal information under applicable privacy law, including GDPR and UAE PDPL where applicable.

01Controller and scope

Fast Safe Cargo, headquartered in Dubai, UAE, acts as controller for personal information processed for its own business purposes, unless a notice or contract identifies another role. This Policy covers website visitors, customers, suppliers, business contacts and job applicants.

For shipment services, FSC may also process information on behalf of a customer under documented instructions. This Policy should be read with any service-specific notice and applicable contract.

02Information we collect

Information may include identity and contact details, business role, account and booking data, shipment and customs information, payment and correspondence records, website identifiers and preferences, and recruitment information.

We generally obtain information from you, your organisation, service providers, public or official sources, and operational systems. We seek only information relevant to a defined business or legal purpose.

03Purposes and lawful bases

We use information to provide logistics and digital services, manage bookings and accounts, communicate, process payments, meet customs and regulatory duties, secure operations, handle claims and improve services.

Where GDPR applies, processing relies on contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests, consent or another lawful basis as appropriate. Under UAE PDPL, FSC identifies and observes the applicable legal basis and conditions for processing.

04Sharing and recipients

Information may be shared with FSC group entities, carriers, ports, customs brokers, warehouse operators, agents, insurers, payment providers, technology providers and professional advisers where needed for the stated purpose.

We may disclose information to regulators, courts or law enforcement where required or permitted by law, and in connection with corporate transactions subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.

05International transfers

Logistics services are international and information may be accessed or transferred across borders, including to countries with different data-protection rules. Transfers are limited to what is necessary for the relevant purpose.

Where required, FSC uses an applicable transfer mechanism and safeguards, such as contractual protections, and assesses the transfer in context. Contact the Privacy team for further information about relevant safeguards.

06Retention

Personal information is retained only for as long as needed for the purposes described, including service delivery, legal and customs records, dispute resolution, security and legitimate business continuity.

Retention periods vary by record type, jurisdiction and limitation periods. Information is securely deleted, anonymised or otherwise protected when no longer required.

07Security

FSC applies technical and organisational measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration and disclosure, proportionate to its sensitivity and risk.

No system can be guaranteed completely secure. Individuals should use secure channels for sensitive information and promptly report suspected misuse or a data incident.

08Your rights

Subject to applicable law and exemptions, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, or complain to a supervisory authority. Rights and conditions differ between GDPR and UAE PDPL.

Requests may require identity verification and information identifying the relevant processing. FSC will respond within applicable statutory periods and explain where a request cannot be fully met.

09Cookies and children

FSC uses cookies and similar technologies as described in the Cookie Policy. Where required, non-essential technologies are used only after valid consent, which can be changed through available controls.

Our services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. If you believe a child’s information has been provided without appropriate authority, contact us.

10Updates and contact

FSC may update this Policy to reflect changes in processing or law. The current version and revision date will be published on the relevant digital property.

Privacy requests and questions should be sent to privacy@fastsafecargo.com. You may also contact the competent data protection authority where applicable.
