FSC encourages good-faith reporting of concerns and prohibits retaliation against anyone who speaks up.

FSC encourages good-faith reporting of concerns and prohibits retaliation against anyone who speaks up.

01Purpose and scope

This Policy provides channels to report suspected misconduct, legal or regulatory breaches, fraud, safety risks, harassment, corruption, trade-control concerns or material policy violations.

It applies to employees, contractors, suppliers and other persons with a connection to FSC. Emergency situations should be reported to local emergency services first.

02Who may report and what to report

Anyone may raise a concern based on a reasonable, good-faith belief. Reports may concern conduct that has occurred, is ongoing or is reasonably suspected. Proof is not required before reporting.

Reports should include relevant dates, locations, people, documents and context where known. Do not conduct your own investigation or obtain information unlawfully.

03Reporting channels

Concerns may be raised with a line manager, Human Resources, Legal or Compliance, or through the designated Speak Up channel. Reports may also be sent to compliance@fastsafecargo.com.

If the concern involves the usual contact or reporting line, use another channel. Anonymous reports are accepted where the channel and applicable law permit, although details can help an effective review.

04Confidentiality and privacy

FSC restricts access to reports and related information to those who need it to assess, investigate or respond. Absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed where disclosure is required by law or necessary for a fair process.

Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and FSC procedures. Information is retained only as required for the process, legal obligations and legitimate recordkeeping.

05No retaliation

Retaliation against a person who makes a good-faith report, assists an investigation or declines to participate in misconduct is prohibited. Retaliation may itself lead to disciplinary action.

A knowingly false or malicious report is not protected by this Policy. A report that cannot be substantiated, when made honestly, will not by itself result in adverse treatment.

06Triage and investigation

Reports are assessed promptly and impartially, with the response proportionate to the subject matter and risk. FSC may appoint appropriately independent investigators and take interim steps to protect people, records or operations.

Investigations are conducted fairly, with respect for confidentiality and the opportunity for relevant persons to respond where appropriate. Reporters may be contacted for clarification.

07Outcomes and escalation

Where appropriate, FSC will take corrective or disciplinary action, strengthen controls or refer matters to competent authorities. The extent of feedback to a reporter may be limited by privacy, employment and legal constraints.

Nothing in this Policy prevents a person from making a disclosure to a regulator or other authority where protected or required by law.

08Responsibilities

Managers must receive concerns without discouraging reporting, preserve relevant records and refer matters promptly to an appropriate channel. Personnel must cooperate honestly and must not interfere with an investigation.

Compliance oversees the framework and may provide guidance on channel selection, confidentiality and follow-up.

09Contact and review

For guidance or to make a report, contact compliance@fastsafecargo.com or use the designated Speak Up channel. Do not use email for immediate emergencies.

FSC reviews this Policy periodically and may update reporting arrangements to reflect legal and operational requirements.
