These terms govern access to FSC digital properties and use of information published on them.
01Acceptance and scope
These terms apply to websites and digital services operated by Fast Safe Cargo (FSC), unless a service displays separate terms. By accessing a site, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
If you do not agree, discontinue use. A transport, warehousing or other service is governed by its applicable contract, booking confirmation, bill of lading and mandatory law; these site terms do not amend those instruments.
02Permitted use
You may access and use the site for legitimate informational and business purposes. You must not interfere with availability, security or operation, circumvent access controls, introduce malicious code or use the site unlawfully.
Automated access, scraping or extraction must respect applicable law, technical controls and any published restrictions. Do not misrepresent your identity or submit information you are not authorised to provide.
03Information and availability
FSC takes reasonable care over information published on the site but does not warrant that it is complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose. Operational schedules, rates and transit estimates are indicative unless expressly confirmed in a binding document.
Site content may be changed, suspended or withdrawn without notice. FSC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and may perform maintenance or security measures.
04Intellectual property
Site content, branding, design, text, graphics and software are owned by FSC or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred by access.
You may view and print reasonable extracts for internal, non-commercial reference, retaining notices. Reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use requires prior written permission unless permitted by law.
05User submissions
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful basis of information you submit and must not submit confidential information belonging to another party without authority.
You grant FSC permission to use submitted information as needed to respond to your request or provide the relevant service, subject to applicable privacy terms. This does not transfer ownership of your materials.
06Third-party services and links
The site may link to third-party services for convenience. FSC does not control or endorse third-party content and is not responsible for its availability, security or terms.
Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy notices. Exercise appropriate judgement before relying on external information.
07Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided without warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
FSC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site to the extent permitted by law. This provision does not displace liability or remedies under a separate transport or service contract.
08Privacy and security
Personal information submitted through the site is handled under the FSC Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law. Users must take reasonable steps to protect their devices and credentials.
Notify FSC promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of an account or security issue. FSC may restrict access where necessary to protect users, systems or operations.
09Governing law and changes
These terms are subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction specified in the relevant FSC service contract or, where none applies, the laws of the United Arab Emirates and courts of Dubai, subject to mandatory law.
FSC may revise these terms by publishing an updated version. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
10Contact
Questions about these terms may be sent to legal@fastsafecargo.com. Identify the page or service concerned and provide sufficient detail for FSC to respond.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or obligations imposed by mandatory applicable law.
