Quality — ISO 9001
Documented processes for booking, operations and customer service, with corrective action and continual improvement built into daily work.

Overview
Certifications give customers independent assurance that our processes are defined, followed and continually improved. Fast Safe Cargo holds ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 14001 for environmental management and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety, with information security managed to ISO 27001.
Specialist credentials support regulated cargo. These include GDP-aligned processes and IATA CEIV Pharma capability for healthcare shipments, authorised economic operator status in relevant jurisdictions, and compliance with ISPS security requirements at the facilities we operate.
Certificates are maintained through regular internal audits and external surveillance audits. Scope varies by entity and site, so we provide the applicable certificate and scope statement on request for tenders and supplier onboarding.

Performance & context
How it works
A consistent process helps translate priorities into decisions, delivery and review.
Capture origin, destination, transport mode, cargo weight and relevant shipment or service details. Confirm whether the requested estimate covers a single leg or a multi-leg logistics chain.
Identify included activities and lifecycle scope. For comparable logistics-chain reporting, apply consistent boundaries and disclose exclusions, allocation choices and any material data limitations.
Calculate transport activity and apply appropriate mode-specific emissions factors. The GLEC Framework provides logistics emissions accounting guidance and is aligned with ISO 14083 requirements for quantifying and reporting transport-chain emissions.
Check units, assumptions and available data quality, then interpret the result as an estimate. Retain supporting inputs and do not present indicative outputs as independently verified inventory figures.
